Margaret Desio #3968

Margaret was first female Senior Residential Appraiser in North Carolina in 1985 and has spent the past 40 years appraising residential and commercial properties all over the Metrolina region.  She and her brother acquired Carolina Appraisal Co. from their father's estate in 1986 and she became the sole business owner in 2010. Margaret is a graduate of Wingate University in 2002 and has studied  real estate appraising extensively.

 Taylor graduated from East Carolina University with her Bachelor's of Science Degree in 2017.  She joined Carolina Appraisal Co. in November of 2019 and is now a Certified Residential Appraiser. She has spent the past 5 years becoming competent in the Union, Anson, South Mecklenburg, and Stanly Counties.
